What is the return policy for items I purchase?

Factian does not own or sell any of the recommended pieces directly. Instead, we connect you with brands through our platform. As such, the return policies are managed by the individual brands from which the items are purchased. The cost of clothing is managed directly by the brands, and any purchases you make will be processed through them, not through Factian.
