What should I expect during a styling session?

During your styling session, your stylist will work closely with you to understand your personal style, preferences, and any specific needs you have. They’ll provide personalized recommendations, outfit ideas, and advice tailored to your FactianID. If you’re interested in sustainable fashion, your stylist can guide you towards eco-friendly brands and practices. Sessions are collaborative, ensuring that the final recommendations reflect your unique taste.

Can I change my stylist?

Absolutely! If you feel like exploring different FactianIDs or would like a fresh perspective, you can request to be matched with another stylist through our platform.

Can I choose a stylist based on my budget?

Yes, Factian offers a range of stylists with varying pricing options. You can filter and select a stylist based on your budget and specific needs. This flexibility ensures you receive expert styling advice that fits within your financial comfort zone.

What is the return policy for items I purchase?

Factian does not own or sell any of the recommended pieces directly. Instead, we connect you with brands through our platform. As such, the return policies are managed by the individual brands from which the items are purchased. Typically, you can return items within the brand's specified return window, provided they meet the brand's criteria (such as being unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). For detailed return instructions and policies, please refer to the specific brand's website or customer service. Factian is here to assist if you have any questions, but all returns are handled by the brands themselves.

What if I don’t like the recommendations?

Our stylists strive to provide recommendations that align with your personal style and preferences. However, if you’re not satisfied with the selections, you’re encouraged to provide feedback directly to your stylist. They can make adjustments and offer alternative suggestions. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with your wardrobe choices.

Is there a free trial or consultation?

Yes, Factian offers a complimentary 15-minute initial meeting with your chosen stylist. This session allows you to discuss your needs, explore what the stylist can offer, and decide if it’s the right fit before committing to a full session.

Are the clothes included in the price of the stylist services?

No, the price of the stylist services does not include the cost of the clothes. Factian stylists will recommend pieces from various brands based on your style and preferences, but any items you choose to purchase will be at an additional cost. The cost of clothing is managed directly by the brands, and any purchases you make will be processed through them, not through Factian.
