What is the return policy for items I purchase?

Factian does not own or sell any of the recommended pieces directly. Instead, we connect you with brands through our platform. As such, the return policies are managed by the individual brands from which the items are purchased. Factian stylists will recommend pieces from various brands based on your style and preferences, but any items you choose to purchase will be at an additional cost. The cost of clothing is managed directly by the brands, and any purchases you make will be processed through them, not through Factian.
